It is a rural municipality building made of red-colored brick which give the building a distinct and vibrant appearance, blending it with the surrounding rural environment. It is a center for the local government in a rural area. It includes offices for administrative staff, meeting rooms for discussions and council sessions, public service areas for residents, and support facilities like restrooms and storage areas.
